Dr. Walter Greenleaf
Walter is a neuroscientist and world authority on digital medicine and medical technology, working with Stanford University. He has over three decades of research and development experience focusing on virtual reality-based medical technology products.
Walter is a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Stanford’s mediaX, a Visiting Scholar at Stanford’s Virtual Human Interaction Lab, and the Director of Technology Strategy at the University of Colorado’s National Mental Health Innovation Center.

Jon Brilliant
Jon played a pivotal role in forming two pioneering healthcare technology companies, Welldoc and Bigfoot Biomedical. As a founder and the CFO of both entities, Jon raised over $100M and helped develop highly successful and disruptive business models.
Jon has been a venture capitalist with his fund Atelier, with Europe-based Syntek Capital and for a London-based entrepreneur who is the former owner of Harrods.
He has evaluated hundreds of business plans, raised billions of dollars in public and private markets and even helped restructure a country's sovereign debt.

Susie Gruda
Susie is a technology and strategy executive who has spent 15+ years in global roles with Google, McKinsey and Amazon.
At SIP Global Partners, Susie invested in global, early-stage web 3.0 technologies.
As Google’s Global Head of ROI, Susie worked with Google’s most prominent international clients and also held senior-level roles in marketing, sales, product and strategy across the Google organization over a 9-year tenure.
Susie has worked at McKinsey & Co. and Amazon and has been an advisor and operator at technology start-ups in the Waterloo-Toronto corridor and New York.
Susie holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sam Kerr
Sam’s management consulting, corporate development and investor relations experience spans healthcare, life sciences, technology and natural resources. He has facilitated financing across multiple industries and advised family offices and private equity firms on acquisitions, dispositions and asset management.
Impavidus Consulting Group, the boutique consulting and corporate development firm that he founded, works with emerging and growth companies to fine-tune strategy, build long-term value and drive profitability and scale.

Brendan Hussey
Brendan is a trained synthetic biologist, exited biotech CSO/entrepreneur, former investment banker and current venture capitalist, Brendan has over 20 years experience across the deep tech biotechnology value creation chain
Brendan holds a Ph.D in Synthetic Biology from the University of Toronto and won the CPS Best Paper award for his Thesis research, which inspired the technology behind his successful exit at Spindle Biotech.
He has sourced, diligenced, and advised hundreds of companies from biopharma to medical device, biomanufacturing to AI across formation stage to public follow-ons and M&A transactions.

Adam Bain
Adam is a leader in alternative investment who has been instrumental in strategy and capital formation for many asset management businesses, with total assets raised in multiple billions.
As part of Artist Capital, Adam grew the investment management business from zero to over 350M under management in under 18 months. At Sway Ventures, he spearheaded the capital raising process, taking Sway from less than 50M to over 300M under management. Adam headed business development for CommonWealth Opportunity Capital, growing the firm from 68m to approximately 1.3bn. He ran business development for Drobny Capital and was a key player in acquiring core clients like OTPP and Soros. At Goldman Sachs, Adam was part of a small team that built the municipal derivatives market. In virtually all of the above cases, Adam was responsible for building and executing investor development plans from nascency to critical mass.

David Fawcett
David has over 20 years of capital markets experience as a hedge fund manager, board director and CEO.
In 2000, he founded Epic Capital Management, one of Canada's first hedge funds, growing it from $1M to $400M in assets. Later, in 2015, he launched Canada's first health-tech-focused venture capital fund.
As CEO of Reciprocity Corp., a gaming and esports company, David steered the company to a successful exit through an acquisition by GameSquare, in 2021.
David is a CFA Charterholder.

Rebecca Brown
Rebecca is a multi-disciplinary marketing leader whose expertise across brand planning, growth marketing, social media, communications and content comes from fifteen years of agency and in-house experience.
In 2018, Rebecca founded Crowns, a leading strategy, creative and media agency for the global cannabis industry. Before Crowns, she was the vice president of social media and content at the global creative agency J. Walter Thompson.
A persuasive writer whose byline has appeared in the Globe and Mail, The National Post and Applied Arts, Rebecca is a sought-after speaker on marketing-related topics at conferences and on radio and television.

Kristen Kosofsky
Ms. Kosofsky is a seasoned finance executive who acts as a though partner and trusted advisor to healthcare CEO’s, CFO’s, and senior teams as they navigate the complex, yet critical task of developing a comprehensive financing strategy to support drug and device development and research science from its very embryonic phases to and through late stage product launches.
She has arranged over $2b in financing transactions during her 25-year career. Most recently she served as Senior Managing Director of Life Sciences and Healthcare in Hercules Capital’s life sciences group. There she significantly contributed to the evolution of the firm during her almost decade long tenure growing the team from 33 to over 100 and the portfolio more than tripling to $1.4b in assets.
She currently serves as an advisor to High Cape Capital, and Kenston Capital. Previously she served as Senior Vice President and Group Head, Life Sciences at Comerica Bank and Managing Director with the Horizon Group. Kristen was a founding board member of the BIO Organization’s Investor Network and the Stony Brook Life Science Summit. Ms. Kosofsky is an active volunteer with Life Science Cares, The Wily Foundation and The Mass Audubon Society.
Kristen holds a B.S. in Management and Finance from the Central Connecticut State University.

A senior investment professional with over 30 years of capital markets experience across various alternative asset classes. Experience includes roles in corporate treasury and on bank trading floors managing commodities, currencies, bonds and a range of derivatives. Additional expertise includes institutional investment consulting and raising capital for global alternative asset managers and growth companies from pension funds, endowments and foundations, and family offices.
